雷基林，男，1977年2月生，博士，教授，博士生导师。入选云南省兴滇人才产业技术领军人才、云南省中青年学术和技术带头人、中国内燃机学会史绍熙人才、云南省发动机高原特性及先进技术创新团队带头人、云南省载运工具高原运行特性与运用管理博士生导师团队带头人。主持各类科研项目50余项，在国内外核心期刊发表学术论文100余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文80多篇，被EI、SCI检索60多篇；获省部级一等奖2项、二等奖5项，三等奖3项；获国家授权专利59项，其中发明专利26项。兼任高机动防爆车辆技术国家工程实验室常务理事，中国内燃机学会第九届理事会常务理事，第九届理事会高原内燃机分会主任委员、设计与智能制造分会副主任委员、基础件分会副主任委员，昆明内燃机学会理事长，《内燃机工程》编辑委员会副主任委员。
